Position Details and Requirements
At SLBH, we have employment opportunities in many different nursing settings, and we have opportunities available for both seasoned and new grad nurses. To be a registered nurse at SLBH, you will need to:
- Have an active RN license
- Have an ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university
- Be willing to learn quickly
- Receive all necessary training within 90 days
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with employer match, and stock options
- $5000 new sign on / retention bonus
- $2000 referral benefit for recruiting other RNs
- 3 12-hour shifts is considered full time
- Day shifts and night shifts available
- Advancement opportunities
- Tuition reimbursement for continuing education up to 5000 per year after two years of employment
