Position Details and Requirements
At SLBH, we have employment opportunities in many different units, and we have positions available in Military PTSD recovery, addiction recovery, and many other settings. Request a phone interview to learn more about the available positions. To be a therapist at SLBH, you will need to:
- Have completed or be pursuing a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in a related field.
- Be willing to complete all mandatory training within 90 days.
- Experience preferred but not required.

Salt Lake Behavioral Health is a 118-bed acute psychiatric hospital in the heart of Salt Lake City, surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
The hospital houses 7 inpatient units dedicated to mental health:
- Adult Mental Health
- Crisis Stabilization
- Adolescent Mental Health
- Courage to Change Rehabilitation Program
- Medical Detox
