Position Details and Requirements
At SLBH, techs complete rounds to check on our patients, who suffer from a variety of mental ailments, as well as guiding them through the hospital to different therapeutic programming. We have currently have positions available in military PTSD recovery, addiction recovery, adolescents, and adult mental health. We have both day shifts and night shifts available. Request a phone interview to learn more about the available positions. To be a tech at SLBH, you will need to:
- Work at a fast pace
- Have high-level interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Be willing to complete all mandatory training within 90 days.

Salt Lake Behavioral Health is a 118-bed acute psychiatric hospital in the heart of Salt Lake City, surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

- Adult Mental Health
- Crisis Stabilization
- Adolescent Mental Health
- Courage to Change Rehabilitation Program
- Medical Detox
- Men’s and Women’s military trauma recovery program units
